All projects start with a Design Consultation. These 90 minute consultations are a practical, hands on session full of advice and inspiration that will get you on track with your renovation or home styling project. Consultations are held with The Little Design Corner Director, Clare Le Roy. Clare will offer advice on whatever design issue you are having.

Some clients find the consultations are sufficient to get them on track with their design or renovation project, while others use the consultation to flesh out a comprehensive brief for a larger project they have on the go. Whatever your situation, the consultation is the perfect way to get access to professional interior design and styling advice. 

During the consultation we get to know each other, you get lots of ideas and inspiration and if you need more help after the consultation a full scope of works and fee proposal will be provided for you (no-obligation), so you can decide if you want further help or if you're happy to 'go it alone' from that point forward. 

Due to larger projects on the go only a limited number of design consultations are offered each week. 

What you will get: 

  • A 90 minute consultation in your home (Sydney metro only*) 
  • Advice on whatever you might need. For example: renovation advice and planning, post-renovation interior styling, fleshing out a scope of works for a larger build/renovation project, reviewing and adapting your floor plans, working with existing furniture, purchasing of new furniture/accessories, paint colours, family friendly interiors, art choice, soft furnishings, product sourcing or whatever you need help with! 
  • A comprehensive list of our suppliers and "where to shop". We have arrangements with many suppliers and access to generous trade discounts (up to 40% in some instances). If you would like to just get our supplier list as a quick and easy way to get started you can find that in the Reno Resources area. 
  • Tips and cheats for how to mix and match high and low end pieces to achieve a look that is authentic and meaningful to you and your family (without blowing the budget!)
  • Advice on where to spend and where to save, which will ultimately save you lots of money and mean in a few years you can swap your look around without it costing you a fortune.
  • Advice on how to layout your existing furniture to make the space flow and work best for your needs.

You will come away with lots of practical tips and new ideas to implement. Prior to the consultation you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire and send a couple of photos of your space(s) so I can prepare for the consultation. Payment is also required prior to the appointment please.

*Sydney metro is within 15km radius of Sydney city, plus further north (as far as Wahroonga).
