This is the fourth video in our series and in this video we look at how to add an extension to an existing house - step by step. In the previous videos we have already renovated the existing Californian Bungalow and in this video we will walk through all the steps for adding a large extension to the back of the house. We will go through how to choose an architect or draftsperson, how to add a pool to your home, the steps involved in renovating and more. Plus I will share the full budget for this part of the project and break this down line by line, so you can see exactly how much it costs to renovate.
