Hi, I’m Clare! 👋🏻

I ran an interior design studio for six years then built a business teaching other designers how to run theirs.

I started TLDC in 2014 while I was still working a corporate job in change management (I also have a PhD in business). Within months people were hiring me for design work and within a year I'd left that job behind.

In 2019 I launched my first course (SketchUp for Interior Design) and it took off immediately.

I have since built a full catalogue of courses and templates for the industry and have trained more than 52,000 design and build professionals worldwide.

It turns out there's a big gap between what design school teaches and what it actually takes to run a studio. That's the problem TLDC solves.
