Steal the style | Twitter's Australian Headquarters in Sydney

I'm not sure if you've seen these images doing the rounds over the past few weeks? Twitter has just unveiled it's new Sydney offices and it's enough to give anyone serious workplace envy. Designed by Bates Smart the interiors are based on a palette of "twitter" blue, timber and brass accents and are relaxed and informal. Design inspiration has been drawn from the twitter brand (e.g. a #lovewhereyouwork sign which is a common feature in many Twitter offices around the world and a big twitter bird marquee lamp) and the Sydney location and culture.

There is also a handpainted feature wall by a local Sydney based artist that depicts the company's core values in a series of tweets.

The aim was to create a space that fostered transparency and collaboration while still inspiring creativity and innovation. The office is totally open plan with no enclosed spaces and has lots of different seating arrangements so staff can meet with others or sit and work on a project alone.

As you can see the office is pretty special. If only all workplaces were like this! If you like this look then try some of these pieces in your own home or workspace.
